Do you accept insurance?
+I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a monthly 'superbill' for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Why don't you accept insurance?
+Staying out-of-network allows me to offer a highly personalized, holistic approach without insurance constraints, ensuring your work remains deeply confidential.
How much does therapy cost?
+My fee is $170 for a 45-minute individual session and $250 for a couples session. I also offer a limited number of sliding‑scale spots for financial hardship.
What is your cancellation policy?
+I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
